About the Role

As a mobile phone and tablet processor you will specialise in working with consumer electronic returns. You will be responsible for various production tasks to meet strict and fast-paced targets. The role is varied and challenging as there are many duties required. Planning is critical and being calm and collected in a pressured environment is essential.

Please note the job is warehouse based and requires standing for most of the working shift.

The Role Includes

· Setting Up Mobile Phones

· Mobile Network Unlocking

· Testing Hardware Related Faults on Mobile Devices

· Performing Visual Inspection for Defects

· Data Erasing Mobile Devices Using Specific Data Erasure Software

· Grading Mobile Devices to a Specific Criteria

· Data Entry to Capture Faults, Serials, IMEI’s etc

· Sortation of Mobiles Devices into Model, Faults, Grades etc

The Ideal Candidate

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good at multi-tasking

· Able to work on own initiative and follow pre-defined processes and time frames

· Work in a fast-paced environment

· Punctual and dedicated

· Previous experience using Blancco, Blackbelt or PhoneCheck software but not essential

Salary: £9.50 per hour
